Occupational Therapist

Location: Cabot, AR

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract or Salary

Position Overview:  We are looking for a team-oriented occupational therapist who loves working with children and making therapy fun!  We offer a full team approach to treatment involving patients, parents, therapists, and physicians in the development of individualized treatment plans to promote maximum outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine children’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to children with developmental, physical, and sensory challenges.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

 Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current Liability Insurance
  • Child Maltreatment Clearance by Arkansas Department of Human Services
  • Background Check
  • Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Physical Therapist
